Job Summary
We are looking for a detail-oriented and experienced Senior Accounts Executive with strong expertise in GST compliance, Tally, and preparation of Final Accounts including Manufacturing Account. The ideal candidate will manage day-to-day accounting, taxation, statutory compliance, and financial reporting.
Key Responsibilities
- Accounting & Bookkeeping
- Maintain day-to-day accounting in Tally Prime
- Pass purchase, sales, journal, and payment entries
- Perform bank, vendor, and customer reconciliations
- Maintain proper accounting records and documentation
GST & Taxation
- Must have strong working knowledge of GST
- Prepare and file GSTR-1, GSTR-3B, and GSTR-2B reconciliation
- Handle Input Tax Credit reconciliation
- Respond to GST notices and departmental queries
- Assist in TDS calculation and return filing
- Stay updated with GST rules and compliance changes
Final Accounts & Financial Reporting
- Prepare Final Accounts independently
- Manufacturing Account
- Trading Account
- Profit & Loss Account
- Balance Sheet
- Assist in year-end book finalization
- Prepare monthly MIS and financial reports
- Maintain schedules for audit and compliance
- Payables & Receivables
- Manage vendor payments and reconciliation
- Monitor receivables and follow up for collections
- Verify invoices and ensure billing accuracy
- Audit & Compliance
- Coordinate with CA and auditors
- Maintain statutory compliance records
- Support during internal and external audits
Required Skills & Qualifications
- B.Com / M.Com or relevant commerce degree
- Must have hands-on GST experience
- Must be able to prepare Manufacturing Account in Final Accounts
- Strong expertise in Tally Prime
- Knowledge of TDS & Income Tax basics
- Good proficiency in MS Excel
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Preferred Industry Experience
Manufacturing / Export / Garment / Retail industry experience preferred
