Role Description
This is a full-time position for a Senior Accountant, based on-site at our Pune Division. The Sr Accountant will oversee and manage day-to-day financial operations, including accounts payable and receivable, tax preparation, and bookkeeping. Additional responsibilities include preparing financial reports, performing account reconciliations, ensuring compliance with accounting standards, and assisting with audits. This role requires maintaining accurate financial records while collaborating with cross-functional teams to support the company's financial goals.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in financial reporting, account reconciliations, and the preparation of financial statements.
- Strong knowledge of accounting principles, tax regulations, and compliance standards.
- Proficiency in accounting software, financial tools, and Excel for data analysis and reporting.
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to prioritize multiple tasks effectively.
- Attention to detail and accuracy in maintaining financial documentation and processes.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills for collaborative work with teams and stakeholders.
- Relevant Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field; a CPA or equivalent certification is a plus.
