Job Description
Job Purpose:
The Job holder is responsible for preparation of financial accounting and tax compliances for various group Companies/LLP and promoter.
Duties and Responsibility:
1. Finalization of Books of Accounts & Filling of Income tax Returns of Promoters, Group Companies, Partnership Firms.
2. Timely compliance of Income Tax Department for scrutiny matters.
3. Reconciliation of Ledger accounts of group companies with promoter & Group companies.
4. Making online payment of Statutory nature for Promoters & Group Companies.
5. Making payments of personal expenses of promoters from their respective Bank Accounts
6. Maintaining Books of Accounts of Group Companies & Promoters Books.
7. TDS deductions, Payments on due date, Filing of TDS Returns.
8. Goods & Service Tax Payments of Group Company.
9. Vendors Bill Booking & Payments are made for Group Companies.
10. Salary payments are made from Group Companies.
11. Preparation and Sending Invoices/Debit Notes for Rent to Licensees.
12. Maintaining up to date investment records of promoters and following up with the external brokers for the same
13. Ensuring up to date KYC of all bank accounts/ demat accounts/ investments of all promoters and group companies.
Job Specification:
Graduation from Commerce Background
2-5 years of experience in Family/ Promoter accounting & taxation
Skills, abilities and knowledge required:
Excellent knowledge of Tally & MS Office including Excel and Word.
Deep knowledge of accounting principles
Knowledge of finalization of balance sheet
Knowledge of Income tax and GST
Good communication skills
