Role: Senior Accountant
We are looking for a highly experienced Senior Accountant to manage and oversee our financial operations. This role is critical to ensuring financial accuracy, compliance, and long-term business stability.
📌 Experience Required: 10–15 Years
🏢 Industry Preference: Real Estate / Construction
Key Responsibilities
- Maintain accounts up to finalization
- Manage day-to-day accounting operations
- Handle billing, accounts receivable & payable
- Perform bank, ledger, and statutory reconciliations
- Ensure compliance with GST, TDS, Income Tax, and other regulations
- Prepare MIS, financial statements, and management reports
- Assist in audits and coordinate with auditors and consultants
- Support budgeting and financial planning initiatives
Qualifications & Skills
- B.Com / M.Com or any relevant degree in Accounting, Finance, or Commerce
- Minimum 10–15 years of relevant experience
- Hands-on experience with Tally (mandatory); familiarity with QuickBooks or
Similar accounting tools are a plus.
- Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills
- Prior experience in real estate or construction is highly preferred
- Strong communication skills and ability to work collaboratively
