Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Senior Accountant, based in Rajkot. The Senior Accountant will be responsible for handling financial transactions, managing accounts payable and receivable, ensuring regulatory compliance, creating financial reports, and analyzing financial data. The role also includes maintaining accurate financial records, performing audits, and providing support to ensure the financial health of the organization.

Qualifications

• Strong understanding of accounting principles, financial reporting, and tax compliance
• Proficiency in using accounting software, spreadsheets, and financial analysis tools
• Skills in budgeting, forecasting, and preparing financial statements
• Attention to detail, accuracy in financial record-keeping, and problem-solving abilities
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
• Relevant work experience in accounting, with preference given to candidates in the food or agriculture industry
• Professional certification such as CPA or equivalent is a plus
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with experience in team collaboration
• Commitment to ethical financial practices and compliance with industry regulations
