About the Role As a Sr. Accountant at FinanceSeva, you will be responsible for managing accounting, GST, TDS, and financial statement preparation. The role requires accuracy, timely compliance, and proper maintenance of accounting records while coordinating with internal teams and management. Roles & Responsibilities > Handle day-to-day accounting entries, ledger maintenance, and bookkeeping in accounting software. > Prepare, review, and reconcile GST data including sales, purchase, ITC, GSTR-1, GSTR-3B, and GSTR-2B matching. > Ensure timely GST working, return preparation support, and compliance-related documentation. > Calculate TDS liabilities, maintain TDS records, support timely deposit, and assist in TDS return preparation. > Prepare monthly/quarterly financial statements, profit & loss, balance sheet schedules, and supporting reports. > Perform bank reconciliation, vendor/customer ledger reconciliation, and expense verification. > Assist in finalisation of accounts, statutory audit, tax audit, and other compliance requirements. > Maintain proper documentation, files, and working papers for GST, TDS, and accounts review.
