Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site Senior Accountant role based in Navi Mumbai. The Senior Accountant will oversee and manage accounting operations, ensuring compliance with financial regulations. Daily responsibilities include preparing financial statements, analyzing financial data, reconciling accounts, managing accounts payable and receivable, budgeting, and providing financial advice to management. Additional tasks may involve tax preparation, auditing support, and performance analysis to drive financial efficiency.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in accounting practices, including financial reporting, reconciliation, and tax preparation
- Experience with budgeting, performance analysis, and cost control
- Strong knowledge of accounting software and financial tools
- Ability to analyze financial data and provide actionable insights
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field; CPA or equivalent certification is a plus
- Experience in manufacturing or import-export industries is desirable
