We’re looking for a Senior Client Partner to join our team at Tonic Worldwide — specifically someone who understands the beauty, lifestyle and FMCG space and has worked with brands in this category.
What you’ll be doing:
- Manage day-to-day communication with clients in the beauty, lifestyle and FMCG space
- Coordinate with internal teams (creative, media, strategy) to ensure smooth execution
- Translate client briefs into clear internal briefs
- Track timelines, deliverables, and ensure projects move efficiently
- Support in campaign planning, execution, and reporting
- Build strong working relationships with clients and internal stakeholders
What we’re looking for:
- Relevant experience in agencies (mandatory)
- 2 – 3 years of experience in client servicing/ account management
- Strong communication and coordination skills
- Ability to manage multiple projects and timelines
- Understanding of digital marketing and content workflows
Bonus points if you have:
- Exposure to e-commerce / quick commerce brands
- Experience working on performance-driven or digital-first campaigns
