Position Summary:
We are looking for a Senior Account Executive to manage and grow key accounts and support overall business growth.
Key Responsibility:
- Manage daily accounting tasks such as invoicing.
- Support general administrative duties, including document management and office supplies procurement.
- Assist with audits, budgeting, and financial forecasting as needed.
- Ensure compliance with financial regulations such as GST, TDS, etc. on a regular basis.
- Prepare balance sheets, income statements, and other financial reports as required.
- Manage and maintain the organization’s financial email communications with clients.
- Prepare and maintain MIS reports on a regular basis to track financial performance, business metrics, and support management decision-making
Qualifications & Skills:
- Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., Tally) and MS Office.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Ability to multitask and handle office administrative tasks efficiently.
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including professional email correspondence.
- Ability to automate accounting and reporting processes using Excel/Google Sheets for better efficiency and accuracy
- Strong understanding of accounting principles and financial regulations.
