Key Responsibilities
- Manage the end-to-end student fee collection process (online/offline modes).
- Monitor outstanding dues and ensure timely follow-ups with students/parents.
- Reconcile fee receipts with ERP and bank statements on a daily/weekly basis.
- Generate fee reports (daily collection report, outstanding report, aging analysis).
- Coordinate with the Admissions, Academics, and Examination departments for fee-related clearances.
- Handle scholarship adjustments, refunds, concessions, and installment plans.
- Ensure compliance with institutional policies and audit requirements.
- Assist in statutory and internal audits related to fee accounts.
- Address fee-related queries and escalations professionally.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Commerce (B.Com) / M.Com / MBA (Finance preferred).
- 4–7 years of experience in accounts receivable or fee management (preferably in education institutions).
- Strong knowledge of accounting principles and reconciliation processes.
- Proficiency in ERP systems and MS Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables).
- Good communication and stakeholder management skills.
