About the Role
We are looking for a results-driven Sr. Account Executive (SDR / Software Sales Executive) to join our growing Sales team at Pericent. You will be responsible for identifying, engaging, and closing enterprise deals for our flagship products — docEdge (DMS) and bpmEdge (BPM/WMS) — across BFSI, Manufacturing, FMCG, Healthcare, and Government verticals. This is a high-ownership, relationship-first sales role with a clear annual revenue target and a competitive commission structure.
Key Responsibilities
- Prospect and qualify enterprise leads across target verticals including BFSI, NBFC/FinTech, Manufacturing, AMC/Financial Services, Healthcare, and Government
- Own the full sales cycle — from initial outreach and discovery call through to proposal, negotiation, and PO closure
- Drive ₹1 Crore in annual revenue through new client acquisitions and expansion within existing accounts
- Conduct structured discovery calls focused on client pain points before introducing product solutions
- Collaborate with the presales and technical teams on POC delivery, demo scheduling, and techno-commercial proposals
- Build and maintain a healthy pipeline in CRM; update deal stage, next steps, and close probability regularly
- Represent Pericent at industry events, exhibitions, and partner conferences
- Meet minimum deal threshold of ₹8,00,000 per deal and manage multi-stakeholder buying processes
- Follow up diligently on warm leads, RFPs, and tender notifications for Government / PSU accounts
- Coordinate with the CEO/CTO on proposal approvals and final commercial terms
Required Skills & Qualifications
- 2–5 years of B2B software sales experience, ideally in DMS, BPM, ERP, HRMS, or SaaS enterprise products
- Demonstrated track record of meeting or exceeding annual revenue targets
- Strong communication, consultative selling, and relationship management skills
- Familiarity with enterprise procurement cycles, PO processes, and multi-level stakeholder selling
- Experience selling to CXOs, IT Heads, and Operations Managers in corporate environments
- Ability to create compelling business cases and communicate ROI effectively
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Office; prior exposure to CRM tools is a plus
- Graduate in any discipline; MBA (Marketing/Sales) preferred but not mandatory
