Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Senior Academic Counselor based in Bangalore. The Senior Academic Counselor will provide guidance and support to students, including academic advising and career counseling. Day-to-day responsibilities include assessing individual educational needs, offering tailored academic and career advice, and ensuring successful academic progress and career preparation. The counselor will work closely with students, educators, and other stakeholders to foster a supportive and successful academic environment.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in Student Counseling and Career Counseling
• Strong Communication skills, with the ability to effectively engage with a diverse group of students and stakeholders
• Expertise in Academic Advising and knowledge of educational planning
• Background in Education or related fields, with a deep understanding of student development
• Excellent interpersonal and problem-solving skills
• Bachelor's or Master’s degree in Counseling, Education, or related field
• Experience working in academic institutions or student services is a plus
