Job DescriptionPosition: Senior Academic Admission Counsellor
Location: Noida, Sector 62
Job Type: Full-time | Permanent
Experience Required: 4–6 Years
Salary Range: up to ₹50,000 per month
Working Days: 6 days a week
Job SummaryWe are looking for an experienced and result-oriented Senior Academic Admission Counsellor to lead and manage the admissions process. The candidate will be responsible for counselling prospective students, driving enrolments, mentoring junior counsellors, and ensuring a high-quality admission experience.
Key Responsibilities- Counsel prospective students and parents on academic programs, eligibility, and career pathways
- Manage walk-ins, inbound calls, and digital leads to achieve and exceed admission targets
- Conduct in-depth, personalized counselling sessions
- Lead follow-ups and conversion strategies to maximize enrolments
- Coordinate with academic, marketing, and operations teams for smooth admission processes
- Maintain accurate records of leads, interactions, and conversions using CRM systems
- Monitor daily/weekly admission performance and generate reports
- Mentor and guide junior admission counsellors (if applicable)
- Build strong relationships with students and parents to enhance satisfaction and retention
Desired Candidate Profile- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in any discipline
- 4–6 years of experience in admissions, counselling, or education sales
- Strong leadership and team-handling capabilities
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
- Target-driven, self-motivated, and result-oriented
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills
- Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools
- High level of accountability and professionalism
