Responsibilities:
- Assist with new build, additions, renovations, basement, and deck renovations, including framing, trim, and finish carpentry.
- Perform drywall installation, patching, and finishing with a high level of detail.
- Lay tile flooring, backsplashes, and showers with precision.
- Install cabinetry, countertops, doors, and hardware.
- Read blueprints and follow design plans accurately.
- Work with subcontractors and assist project managers as needed.
- Maintain a clean and safe job site.
Qualifications:
- 2+ years of experience in residential construction or remodeling preferred.
- Strong knowledge of carpentry, drywall, and tile work.
- Ability to lift 50+ lbs and work in various conditions.
- Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving skills.
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
