Job SummaryWe're seeking an experienced Program Manager - Operations to work on our operations strategy and execution. This role will be crucial in scaling our contact center partnerships, optimizing operational efficiency, and expanding into new verticals while ensuring seamless delivery of services to our enterprise clients.Roles and ResponsibilitiesVendor ManagementSource and evaluate potential contact center partners aligned with our growth strategyLead contract negotiations and SOW development with partnersMaintain and optimize relationships with existing contact center partnersMonitor partner performance and ensure SLA complianceOperational Excellence & Strategic InitiativesDevelop and implement standardized processes for partner onboardingCreate and manage hiring, training, and retention programs in collaboration with contact center partnersMonitor key performance metrics and implement improvement initiativesDesign scalable operational frameworks for new vertical launchesDrive cost optimization efforts across operational unitsLead the planning and execution of expansion into new verticals and industriesCross-functional Collaboration Work closely with customer success team to ensure client requirements are metPartner with product and delivery teams to maintain high service qualityCollaborate with tech teams to optimize tech stack implementation and adoptionSupport sales teams with operational insights for new business opportunitiesRequirements & Skills2-4 years of experience in operations management, program management, or business operationsBachelor's degree in engineering, operations management or other technical fields; MBA (Operations) - optionalProven track record of managing complex operational programs and vendor partnershipsExperience in process optimization and operational excellence initiativesStrong understanding of data analytics and hand-on experience with tools including Excel and SQLCore operational execution with attention to detailStrong analytical and problem-solving skillsExceptional project management and organizational abilitiesOutstanding negotiation and stakeholder management capabilitiesLogisticsCompensation: CompetetiveJoining: ImmediatelyLocation: Noida (WFO)
