We see ML & a distributed workforce as two key phenomenons that would drastically change how work gets done. **Our product:** : Our elastic distributed team of 2000+ trained call agents reach out to prospective inbound leads within minutes and effectively nurture and qualify them for sales teams, making sales for the client extremely streamlined and predictable. We also optimize several call variables to create a significant increase in conversions. Customers include fintech, ed-tech, and commerce players in India. After seeing impressive growth in India, we’re launching in the US Real Estate market, where we work with brokerage teams to help qualify sales leads. This candidate would be one of the early members to launch this market. **What you’ll be doing** As an Interviewer at SquadStack, you will be responsible for effectively screening and selecting candidates. Your primary duties will include: * Effectively and timely screening and selecting candidates while ensuring the interviews are assessed in depth as per the parameters in the script and score them objectively. * Adhering to company policies and procedures to ensure the right candidate is hired * Maintaining a positive and professional attitude in all agent's interactions. * Maintaining login hours during the entire work week/Month * Ensuring a positive and professional experience for all candidates. **What you should have** * Versant 6 certification under Pearson Test. * Minimum of one year’s experience working as an HR expert * Strong interpersonal and excellent communication skills, both written and verbal. * Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail. * Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment. * Ability to assess candidates’ qualifications and fit. * Excellent organizational and time-management skills. * Knowledge of best practices in recruitment. * Qualifications: * Education: Bachelor's degree in human resources, Business Administration, or a related field. * Experience: Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in recruitment or interviewing. **Logistics** * **Compensation:** Competitive * **Location:** Noida * **Joining:** Immediate! * We have an audacious vision of reimagining how work gets done!
