About the role

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven individual to join our team as a Demand Generation Associate. In this role, you will be responsible for executing account-based marketing strategies to generate qualified leads and expand the sales pipeline. You will conduct in-depth research to identify key decision-makers at targeted enterprise accounts and develop personalized outreach plans to engage them effectively. Responsibilities Execute account-based marketing strategies to drive qualified leads and grow the sales pipeline. Research accounts, identify key decision-makers, and develop personalized outreach plans. Conduct cold calling, email campaigns, and LinkedIn outreach to target enterprise customers. Use tools like LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Apollo, and Lusha for lead generation and segmentation. Requirements 1-3 years of experience in B2B lead generation. Hands-on experience with prospecting tools (LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Apollo, Lusha, LeadIQ), email marketing platforms, and CRMs. Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively engage CXOs and decision-makers. Proven ability to meet or exceed lead generation targets.
