Role Description This is a full-time, on-site SQL Server Developer role based in Bangalore Urban. The SQL Server Developer will design, develop, and maintain SQL Server databases, including schemas, tables, views, stored procedures, and functions. Daily responsibilities include building and optimizing ETL processes, performing data modeling and database design, and ensuring data integrity and performance tuning. The role involves collaborating closely with business analysts and application developers to understand requirements, translate them into robust database solutions, and support reporting and analytics needs. The developer will also troubleshoot database issues, implement best practices for security and backup, and contribute to documentation and process improvements.
Qualifications
- Candidates should possess strong skills in Database Development and Database Design.
- Candidates should possess solid experience with Extract Transform Load (ETL) processes and tools.
- Candidates should possess capabilities in Data Modeling and designing scalable data structures.
- Candidates should possess well-developed Analytical Skills for problem-solving and performance optimization.
- Proficiency in Microsoft SQL Server, T-SQL, and performance tuning techniques.
- Experience with data warehousing concepts and reporting/BI tools is beneficial.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
- Ability to work collaboratively in an on-site team environment and communicate technical concepts clearly.
