Job Title: SQL Developer with Health Care Domain Exp
Location: PAN India
Key Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and optimize complex SQL queries, stored procedures, views, and functions.
- Develop reports and dashboards to support business and operational needs.
- Perform data validation, reconciliation, and quality checks.
- Analyze healthcare data including claims, members, providers, eligibility, and clinical information.
- Troubleshoot database performance issues and optimize query execution.
- Collaborate with business analysts, application teams, and data engineers to understand reporting requirements.
- Ensure data accuracy, integrity, security, and compliance with healthcare regulations.
- Support production issues related to database and reporting applications.
Required Skills
- Strong experience with Microsoft SQL Server, T-SQL, or similar relational databases.
- Expertise in writing complex SQL queries, joins, CTEs, window functions, stored procedures, triggers, and views.
- Experience with database performance tuning and query optimization.
- Product Owner Skills – ability to own the sprint board, create user stories etc.
- Knowledge of data warehousing concepts and ETL processes.
- Experience working with large datasets.
- Familiarity with version control and SDLC processes.
