Role Overview
As an SQL Developer Intern, you will work closely with our engineering and analytics teams to design, manage, and optimize databases. You’ll gain hands-on experience in writing queries, ensuring data integrity, and supporting applications with reliable data solutions.
Key Responsibilities
• Develop, test, and optimize SQL queries, procedures, and functions
• Design and maintain database structures to support applications
• Ensure data accuracy, consistency, and security across systems
• Collaborate with developers and analysts to integrate databases with applications
• Troubleshoot and resolve database-related issues
• Document processes, queries, and database changes
Requirements
• Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related fields
• Strong knowledge of SQL and relational database concepts
• Familiarity with database systems such as MySQL, PostgreSQL, or MS SQL Server
• Understanding of normalization, indexing, and query optimization
• Knowledge of Git/GitHub for version control
• Ability to work independently in a remote environment
• Good communication and collaboration skills
