About The Role
We are seeking a skilled SQL Developer to join our dynamic team remotely from Noida, India. This role is designed for an individual with a strong background in SQL query development, optimization, and data integration. The successful candidate will work closely with cross-functional teams to develop, maintain, and optimize database solutions that support business operations and reporting needs.
This position requires working in US Pacific Time (PST) hours, demanding flexibility and excellent time management skills. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with SQL Server, SSIS, SSRS, and C#/.NET technologies, with a proven track record of delivering high-quality database solutions in a fast-paced environment.
Qualifications
- Strong hands-on experience with Microsoft SQL Server, including designing and developing complex SQL queries, stored procedures, views, and functions.
- Advanced knowledge of SQL optimization techniques, including indexing, execution plan analysis, and performance tuning.
- Proficiency in developing and managing SSIS packages for ETL processes and data integration.
- Experience creating, deploying, and maintaining SSRS reports and dashboards for data visualization.
- Solid programming experience in C# and .NET (Framework, .NET Core, or .NET 6+).
- Deep understanding of relational database concepts, normalization, and data modeling.
- Experience working with large and complex datasets, ensuring data accuracy, consistency, and performance.
- Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills with the ability to work independently and collaboratively.
- Excellent communication skills to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain complex SQL queries, stored procedures, views, and functions to support various business applications and reporting needs.
- Optimize database performance through indexing, query tuning, and execution plan analysis to ensure efficient data retrieval and processing.
- Develop, test, and deploy SSIS packages for data extraction, transformation, and loading (ETL) processes to facilitate seamless data integration.
- Create and maintain SSRS reports and dashboards, providing actionable insights to stakeholders across the organization.
- Collaborate with application developers to integrate database logic with C#/.NET applications, ensuring robust and scalable solutions.
- Analyze large datasets to identify data discrepancies, improve data quality, and streamline data processing workflows.
- Troubleshoot and resolve database-related issues in both development and production environments, ensuring minimal downtime.
- Participate in database schema design, data modeling, and schema creation aligned with project requirements.
- Support data migration, transformation, and cleansing activities to facilitate system upgrades and new implementations.
- Document technical designs, data flows, and processes to maintain comprehensive project records and facilitate knowledge sharing.
