We’re hiring a SQL Developer in Noida, India — 100% Remote role
Note: This position requires working in US Pacific Time (PST) hours.
About The Role
Droisys is seeking an experienced SQL Developer to join our dynamic team. This role is pivotal in developing and maintaining robust database solutions, optimizing data processes, and creating insightful reports that support our clients' business objectives. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in SQL development, data integration, and reporting technologies, along with proficiency in C#/.NET. This position offers an exciting opportunity to work remotely while contributing to innovative projects that drive digital transformation for our clients. The candidate must be comfortable working in a fast-paced environment, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and adhering to US Pacific Time working hours.
Qualifications
- Strong hands-on experience with Microsoft SQL Server, including writing and optimizing complex SQL queries, stored procedures, views, and functions.
- Advanced knowledge of SQL query performance tuning, indexing, execution plan analysis, and optimization techniques.
- Proven experience with SQL Server Integration Services (SSIS) for developing ETL processes and data integration workflows.
- Experience with SQL Server Reporting Services (SSRS) for designing, deploying, and maintaining reports and dashboards.
- Solid programming experience in C# and .NET Framework or .NET Core/.NET 6+ technologies.
- Deep understanding of relational database concepts, normalization, and data modeling.
- Experience working with large and complex datasets, ensuring data accuracy, consistency, and performance.
- Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills with a keen eye for detail.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience.
- Minimum of 4 years of experience in SQL development, ETL processes, and .NET application integration.
Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain complex SQL queries, stored procedures, views, and functions to support various business applications and reporting needs.
- Optimize query performance through indexing, execution plan analysis, and tuning techniques to ensure efficient data retrieval and processing.
- Develop and manage SSIS packages for ETL workflows, data transformation, and data integration across multiple systems.
- Create, deploy, and maintain SSRS reports and dashboards to provide actionable insights to stakeholders.
- Collaborate closely with application development teams to integrate database logic with C#/.NET applications, ensuring seamless data flow and functionality.
- Analyze large datasets to verify data integrity, accuracy, and consistency, supporting data-driven decision-making.
- Troubleshoot and resolve database-related issues promptly in both development and production environments.
- Participate in database design, schema creation, and data modeling to support new features and system enhancements.
- Support data migration, transformation, and cleansing activities, ensuring minimal disruption and high data quality.
- Document technical designs, data flows, and processes for future reference and team collaboration.
