We’re hiring a SQL Developer in Noida, India — 100% Remote role
Note: This position requires working in US Pacific Time (PST) hours.

About The Role
Droisys is seeking an experienced SQL Developer to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will possess strong expertise in developing and optimizing complex SQL queries, along with hands-on experience in SSIS, SSRS, and C#/.NET technologies. This role is pivotal in designing, developing, and maintaining robust database solutions, data integration processes, and reporting systems that align with our clients' business needs. The successful candidate will work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure data accuracy, system efficiency, and seamless integration across various platforms. This is a remote position based in Noida, India, with working hours aligned to US Pacific Time (PST).
Qualifications
- Strong hands-on experience with Microsoft SQL Server, including query writing, optimization, and performance tuning.
- Advanced knowledge of complex SQL queries, including joins, subqueries, CTEs, and window functions.
- Proven experience in developing and managing SSIS packages for ETL processes and data integration.
- Experience with SSRS for report development, deployment, and visualization.
- Solid programming experience in C# and .NET frameworks, including .NET Core/.NET 6+.
- Comprehensive understanding of relational database concepts, normalization, and data modeling.
- Experience working with large and complex datasets, ensuring data integrity and performance.
- Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills with a focus on delivering high-quality solutions.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience.
- Minimum of 4 years of relevant experience in SQL development, ETL, and .NET technologies.
Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain complex SQL queries, stored procedures, views, and functions to support various business applications.
- Optimize query performance through indexing strategies, execution plan analysis, and tuning techniques to ensure efficient database operations.
- Develop, test, and manage SSIS packages for ETL processes to facilitate data integration and transformation activities.
- Create, deploy, and maintain SSRS reports and dashboards that provide actionable insights to stakeholders.
- Collaborate with application development teams to integrate database logic with C#/.NET applications, ensuring seamless data flow and functionality.
- Analyze large datasets to verify data accuracy, consistency, and performance, implementing necessary adjustments as needed.
- Troubleshoot and resolve database-related issues in both production and development environments promptly.
- Participate in database design, schema creation, and data modeling to support evolving business requirements.
- Support data migration, transformation, and cleansing activities to ensure data quality and integrity.
- Document technical designs, processes, and data flows to facilitate knowledge sharing and future enhancements.
