We’re hiring a SQL Developer in Noida, India — 100% Remote role
Note: This position requires working in US Pacific Time (PST) hours.

About The Role
We are seeking an experienced SQL Developer to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will possess strong expertise in developing and optimizing complex SQL queries, along with hands-on experience in SSIS, SSRS, and C#/.NET technologies. This role involves designing, developing, and maintaining robust database solutions, data integration processes, and reporting systems that align with business requirements. The successful candidate will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including application developers and data analysts, to deliver high-quality solutions that enhance data accuracy, accessibility, and performance.
This position offers an excellent opportunity to work remotely from Noida, India, while supporting US-based clients and teams. The candidate must be comfortable working in US Pacific Time hours to ensure seamless communication and collaboration.
Qualifications
- Strong hands-on experience with Microsoft SQL Server, including writing and optimizing complex SQL queries, stored procedures, views, and functions.
- Advanced knowledge of SQL query performance tuning, indexing, execution plan analysis, and optimization techniques.
- Proven experience with SSIS (SQL Server Integration Services) for developing and managing ETL processes.
- Experience with SSRS (SQL Server Reporting Services) for creating detailed reports and dashboards.
- Solid programming skills in C# and .NET (Framework or .NET Core/.NET 6+), with the ability to integrate database logic with applications.
- Understanding of relational database concepts, normalization, and data modeling.
- Experience working with large and complex datasets, ensuring data integrity and performance.
- Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills to resolve database-related issues efficiently.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
- Minimum of 4+ years of experience in SQL development, ETL, and .NET technologies.
Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain complex SQL queries, stored procedures, views, and functions to support business operations and reporting needs.
- Optimize query performance through indexing, execution plan analysis, and tuning techniques to ensure efficient data retrieval.
- Develop, deploy, and manage SSIS packages for ETL processes, facilitating data integration and transformation activities.
- Create, deploy, and maintain SSRS reports and dashboards to provide actionable insights to stakeholders.
- Collaborate with application teams to integrate database logic within C#/.NET applications, ensuring seamless data flow and functionality.
- Analyze large datasets to verify data accuracy, consistency, and performance, implementing improvements as needed.
- Troubleshoot and resolve database issues in both production and development environments, minimizing downtime and ensuring stability.
- Participate in database design, schema creation, and data modeling activities to support new projects and enhancements.
- Support data migration, transformation, and cleansing activities to maintain data quality and integrity.
- Document technical designs, processes, and data flows to facilitate knowledge sharing and future maintenance.
