About The Role
We are seeking experienced and motivated professionals to join our dynamic team in Bangalore, Chennai, Hyderabad, Indore, Ahmedabad, and Mumbai. The role primarily focuses on database development and scripting with a strong emphasis on Oracle SQL, PL/SQL programming, and related technologies. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing, maintaining, and optimizing database queries, stored procedures, and triggers to support critical business applications. Qualifications
The ideal candidate should possess a minimum of 15 years of regular education, including 10th, 12th, and a 3-year graduation. Educational qualifications required include a BE/B.Tech/MCA/M.Sc/MS with at least 3 years of relevant IT experience post-qualification. Alternatively, B.Sc/BCA graduates with a minimum of 3.6 years of relevant experience in IT are also eligible. Only full-time courses will be considered to ensure consistency in educational background. Candidates should demonstrate a strong foundation in database management, programming, and scripting to excel in this role.
Responsibilities
- Develop and optimize complex Oracle SQL queries, including writing collections, triggers, and stored procedures to support business applications.
- Create and maintain MemSQL databases, ensuring high performance and reliability.
- Develop Python scripts and Unix shell scripts to automate processes and streamline workflows.
- Provide daily status updates to onsite managers, ensuring clear communication of progress, challenges, and project milestones.
- Proactively troubleshoot and resolve production issues to minimize downtime and ensure seamless operations.
- Support the team during release cycles, including testing, deployment, and post-release monitoring.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand requirements and deliver effective technical solutions.
- Maintain documentation of code, procedures, and configurations to support ongoing maintenance and knowledge sharing.
