About the Role:

We are looking for a detail-oriented SQL Analyst (AI Trainer) to support the training and evaluation of AI models specializing in database querying, structured data reasoning, and analytics workflows. In this role, you will leverage your SQL expertise to create, review, and annotate query-based datasets that improve large language models (LLMs) and AI systems.

Key Responsibilities:

• Write clean, efficient code for data processing and transformation.
• Create, annotate, and validate SQL queries across varying complexity levels (basic to advanced).
• Evaluate AI-generated SQL queries for correctness, efficiency, and adherence to best practices.
• Identify logical errors, syntax issues, and optimization gaps in model outputs.
• Design structured tasks involving joins, subqueries, aggregations, indexing, CTEs, window functions, and performance tuning.
• Contribute to dataset refinement and prompt engineering initiatives.

Required Qualifications:

• 1+ year of SQL development experience.
• Expertise in writing complex SQL queries, optimizing database performance
• Designing database schemas
• Proficient in working with relational database management systems like MySQL, PostgreSQL, or SQL Server
