🎥 We’re Hiring: SQAA Quality Consultant and Teacher

We are looking for a rare professional — someone who can lead institutional quality with the rigour of an auditor, mentor teachers with the empathy of a coach, and inspire students as a skilled classroom educator.

About the Role

• This is a full-time, dual-function role. Three days per week are dedicated to SQAA quality consulting work; the remaining days involve classroom teaching responsibilities.
• As SQAA Quality Consultant, you will be the school's institutional quality anchor — driving compliance, classroom excellence, teacher development, and audit readiness across the academic year.
• As a Classroom Teacher, you will deliver instruction in Any ONE of the following subjects: English, Mathematics, Science, or Social Studies. Proficiency in any one subject is a MUST

Non-negotiable requirement

Excellent verbal and written communication skills are essential for this role. You will be writing structured observation reports, audit documents, policy SOPs, and quality reviews — and facilitating feedback sessions, training programmes, and leadership meetings. Both your spoken and written communication must be clear, professional, and impactful.

Ideal candidate profile

• Experienced educator with a background in school quality assurance, academic leadership, or institutional consulting
• Strong working knowledge of SQAA processes, CBSE compliance norms, and school documentation standards
• Able to write with precision — observation reports, audit findings, SOPs, and term-end quality reviews must be audit-ready
• Confident verbal communicator — comfortable leading feedback sessions, training programmes, and leadership discussions
• Qualified and experienced to teach at the school level in English, Maths, Science, or Social Studies
• High professional integrity, comfort with structured accountability, and a genuine commitment to continuous school improvement
