We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Manager Talent Acquisition to join our Human Resources team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing talent acquisition strategies to attract top talent to our organization. **Job Location :** Gurgaon - Work from Office (5 days working). We are a US first company, which requires us to be flexible with our shift timings to cater to our customer needs.
* Develop and implement effective talent acquisition strategies to attract top talent
* Manage the full recruitment cycle, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and hiring candidates
* Collaborate with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs and develop recruitment plans
* Utilize social media, job boards, and other recruiting tools to attract candidates
* Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline for current and future staffing needs
* Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process
* Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices in talent acquisition
* Automate hiring process to be more process driven and efficient
* Master’s degree in Human Resources or related field from a Tier 1/2 college
* Minimum of 3-4 years of experience in talent acquisition
* Strong knowledge of recruitment best practices and techniques
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
* Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet tight deadlines
* Experience using applicant tracking systems and other HR software
