Product - t.ly/dtOd0 Recent growth - t.ly/bOv3D **Job Description** As the Associate Director of Product Management, you will play a key leadership role in driving the development and success of our AI-powered SaaS products. You will work closely with senior leadership and cross-functional teams, including engineering, design, marketing, and sales, to define product vision, strategy, and roadmap. You will be responsible for understanding customer needs, market trends, and competitive landscape to deliver products that provide exceptional value to our users. You will conceptualize, design, and build integrations to enable millions of businesses to move online with superior visual content. You will directly work with the founder and the technology team to identify the latest applications we need to build incorporating cutting edge research in the field. You'll support the enterprise Sales, Partnership, Customer Success and Operations team with smart automated solutions to their most pressing problems. * Create a world-class Enterprise SaaS Product experience with data analysis at its center. * Work with large Enterprise customers and help launch the Spyne platform in their ecosystems. * Lead the Web, Mobile and API experience of the AI product stack. Own Spyne API ecosystem across Images, Videos, 360, 3D and Inspection products. * Design, iterate and document the onboarding process for new and existing Automotive software integrations. Work closely together with our Customer Success and Business Development teams to ensure they have the right tools to support the launch and implementation processes. * Own the roadmap and timelines for our integrations by combining the input of product, engineering, commercial teams as well as your own knowledge and research on the different players. Be(come) the expert on the Dealer software landscape. * Talk to users - Large and Small to better understand their needs and motivations. * Project management to align the technology team and ship products. * Stay up to date with the latest research in Computer vision and best product practices and bring the most important features back to Spyne products. * Prioritization and Roadmap Management, Work alongside all stakeholders to represent a true picture of priorities and future initiatives. * Diving deeper into the data to identify opportunities and learnings. * BTech/MBA degree from a tier-1 institution in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related subject. * 5+ years of Product Management/ Development experience preferably in a fast growing Series B/C B2B SaaS company. * Extremely self-motivated and autonomous. You are expected to manage 10+ integrations simultaneously happening with as many Software partners. So, a strong sense of ownership is not essential but an absolute road-blocker for this role. * Strong product intuition. You need to have an informed opinion to build a product from scratch. * Systems thinker. You should understand how even the smallest change affects the entire system. * Super detail-oriented.
