2+ years hands-on experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central (or NAV) in distribution, manufacturing, assembly, or ITAD/refurbishment; strong grasp of core BC modules; experience with assembly/BOM structures and serialized inventory tracking; ability to reconcile physical and system inventory; process-documentation mindset; strong communication; familiarity with server hardware or ITAD; experience with intercompany transactions; background training non-technical users on ERP systems.
