About the Role
They are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sr. Account Executive – Mid-Market to drive growth within the US market. In this role, you will lead the end-to-end sales process — from prospecting and demos to negotiation and closing. You’ll be a trusted consultant to potential clients, helping them navigate complex compliance needs while showcasing the value of the product.
This is a key role in a fast-paced sales team where strategic thinking, ownership, and collaboration are essential.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct compelling product presentations and demos tailored to customer needs
- Consult with prospects to understand their compliance challenges and position product solutions effectively
- Own the full sales cycle including prospecting, qualifying, negotiating, and closing mid-market deals
- Collaborate with Customer Success Managers (CSMs) to ensure smooth handoff and successful customer onboarding
- Maintain CRM hygiene to support accurate forecasting and pipeline visibility
- Work closely with SDRs to develop and refine lead conversion strategies
- Identify opportunities for upselling and expansion within existing accounts
- Stay up to date on industry trends, customer feedback, and competitor offerings
Requirements
- 6+ years of B2B SaaS sales experience, preferably in mid-market or compliance/SaaS-related industries
- Demonstrated ability to run complex sales cycles and close high-value deals
- Strong communication, presentation, and consultative selling skills
- Experience collaborating cross-functionally with SDRs, marketing, and customer success teams
- Proficient in using CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) for pipeline management
- Self-motivated with a results-oriented approach
- Experience in high-growth startups or fast-paced environments is a plus
