About the Role
They are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sr. Account Executive – Mid-Market to drive growth within the US market. In this role, you will lead the end-to-end sales process — from prospecting and demos to negotiation and closing. You’ll be a trusted consultant to potential clients, helping them navigate complex compliance needs while showcasing the value of the product.

This is a key role in a fast-paced sales team where strategic thinking, ownership, and collaboration are essential.

Key Responsibilities

  1. Conduct compelling product presentations and demos tailored to customer needs
  2. Consult with prospects to understand their compliance challenges and position product solutions effectively
  3. Own the full sales cycle including prospecting, qualifying, negotiating, and closing mid-market deals
  4. Collaborate with Customer Success Managers (CSMs) to ensure smooth handoff and successful customer onboarding
  5. Maintain CRM hygiene to support accurate forecasting and pipeline visibility
  6. Work closely with SDRs to develop and refine lead conversion strategies
  7. Identify opportunities for upselling and expansion within existing accounts
  8. Stay up to date on industry trends, customer feedback, and competitor offerings

Requirements

  1. 6+ years of B2B SaaS sales experience, preferably in mid-market or compliance/SaaS-related industries
  2. Demonstrated ability to run complex sales cycles and close high-value deals
  3. Strong communication, presentation, and consultative selling skills
  4. Experience collaborating cross-functionally with SDRs, marketing, and customer success teams
  5. Proficient in using CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) for pipeline management
  6. Self-motivated with a results-oriented approach
  7. Experience in high-growth startups or fast-paced environments is a plus
