About the Role
They are seeking an experienced and driven Sr. Account Executive – Mid-Market (Europe) to lead the sales efforts across the European market. You’ll be responsible for owning the end-to-end sales cycle—from prospecting and delivering product demos to negotiating and closing high-impact deals. This role is ideal for someone with deep consultative selling experience and a passion for solving real-world compliance challenges for customers.

You'll be a key player in expanding their presence across Europe and will work cross-functionally to ensure seamless customer acquisition and onboarding.

What You’ll Do

  1. Own and manage the full sales cycle for mid-market customers in the European region
  2. Conduct engaging product presentations and live demos to potential clients
  3. Consult with prospects to deeply understand their compliance needs and tailor solutions accordingly
  4. Negotiate contracts and close deals that create long-term value for both customers and the company
  5. Partner with the CSM team to ensure a smooth onboarding experience and customer handoff
  6. Maintain up-to-date and accurate records in the CRM for reliable pipeline forecasting
  7. Collaborate with SDRs to refine outreach strategies and improve lead conversion rates
  8. Stay current on regulatory trends, competitor offerings, and market dynamics in the compliance space

What We’re Looking For

  1. 6+ years of successful experience in B2B SaaS sales, preferably in the compliance, security, or enterprise tech space
  2. Proven track record of closing mid-market deals in the European region
  3. Exceptional communication and presentation skills, with a consultative approach to selling
  4. Proficiency in CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot)
  5. Comfortable working in fast-paced, high-growth environments
  6. Knowledge of European compliance and regulatory landscape is a plus
  7. Fluency in English required; additional European languages are a strong advantage
