About the Role
They are seeking an experienced and driven Sr. Account Executive – Mid-Market (Europe) to lead the sales efforts across the European market. You’ll be responsible for owning the end-to-end sales cycle—from prospecting and delivering product demos to negotiating and closing high-impact deals. This role is ideal for someone with deep consultative selling experience and a passion for solving real-world compliance challenges for customers.
You'll be a key player in expanding their presence across Europe and will work cross-functionally to ensure seamless customer acquisition and onboarding.
What You’ll Do
- Own and manage the full sales cycle for mid-market customers in the European region
- Conduct engaging product presentations and live demos to potential clients
- Consult with prospects to deeply understand their compliance needs and tailor solutions accordingly
- Negotiate contracts and close deals that create long-term value for both customers and the company
- Partner with the CSM team to ensure a smooth onboarding experience and customer handoff
- Maintain up-to-date and accurate records in the CRM for reliable pipeline forecasting
- Collaborate with SDRs to refine outreach strategies and improve lead conversion rates
- Stay current on regulatory trends, competitor offerings, and market dynamics in the compliance space
What We’re Looking For
- 6+ years of successful experience in B2B SaaS sales, preferably in the compliance, security, or enterprise tech space
- Proven track record of closing mid-market deals in the European region
- Exceptional communication and presentation skills, with a consultative approach to selling
- Proficiency in CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot)
- Comfortable working in fast-paced, high-growth environments
- Knowledge of European compliance and regulatory landscape is a plus
- Fluency in English required; additional European languages are a strong advantage
