About the Role
They are looking to hire a Talent Acquisition Lead to drive hiring for GTM and non-technical functions. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a high-growth environment, can independently manage end-to-end recruitment cycles, and is passionate about building strong teams. You will work closely with hiring managers and leadership, ensuring a seamless recruitment process while mentoring junior team members and contributing to process improvement.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end recruitment for GTM and non-tech roles across multiple teams
- Independently manage 10–12 open positions per quarter
- Partner with hiring managers and stakeholders to understand role requirements and define hiring strategies
- Source, screen, and engage top-tier candidates through various channels
- Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline for future needs
- Optimize recruitment processes to improve efficiency and candidate experience
- Maintain recruitment data accuracy and generate insights through reports and dashboards
- Mentor and support junior recruiters as needed
- Contribute to operational leadership within the recruitment function
Requirements
- 8+ years of recruitment experience, with strong exposure to GTM and non-tech roles
- Proven track record of independently closing multiple positions within tight timelines
- Excellent sourcing, interviewing, and stakeholder management skills
- Experience working with ATS and recruitment tools
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
- Prior experience in mentoring or leading recruiters is a plus
