About the Role
Sprinto is looking for a dynamic and strategic Head of Global SMB Sales to lead and expand our SMB (Small and Medium Business) customer base. This high-impact leadership role will be responsible for driving revenue growth, building a world-class sales team, and developing scalable processes tailored to the SMB segment—all while aligning closely with Sprinto’s overarching business goals.
Key Responsibilities
- Own and drive revenue targets for the global SMB segment
- Design, implement, and optimize end-to-end sales strategies and playbooks for SMB acquisition and retention
- Recruit, mentor, and lead a high-performing global SMB sales team
- Collaborate with Marketing, Product, and Customer Success teams to align go-to-market strategies
- Utilize data-driven insights to refine lead generation, conversion, and sales velocity
- Build and maintain accurate forecasting, pipeline management, and reporting processes
- Identify new opportunities for growth within the SMB market and innovate sales approaches accordingly
- Champion Sprinto’s value proposition and strengthen our presence in key SMB markets globally
What We’re Looking For
- 12+ years of experience in sales leadership roles, with a focus on SMB or mid-market segments
- Proven ability to scale teams and drive significant revenue growth in fast-paced SaaS or B2B environments
- Deep understanding of SMB buying behavior and GTM strategies
- Strong leadership and people management skills with a track record of building successful teams
- Excellent analytical, strategic thinking, and communication skills
- Experience working with global teams and markets is a plus
