About the Role
Sprinto is looking for a dynamic and strategic Head of Global SMB Sales to lead and expand our SMB (Small and Medium Business) customer base. This high-impact leadership role will be responsible for driving revenue growth, building a world-class sales team, and developing scalable processes tailored to the SMB segment—all while aligning closely with Sprinto’s overarching business goals.

Key Responsibilities

  1. Own and drive revenue targets for the global SMB segment
  2. Design, implement, and optimize end-to-end sales strategies and playbooks for SMB acquisition and retention
  3. Recruit, mentor, and lead a high-performing global SMB sales team
  4. Collaborate with Marketing, Product, and Customer Success teams to align go-to-market strategies
  5. Utilize data-driven insights to refine lead generation, conversion, and sales velocity
  6. Build and maintain accurate forecasting, pipeline management, and reporting processes
  7. Identify new opportunities for growth within the SMB market and innovate sales approaches accordingly
  8. Champion Sprinto’s value proposition and strengthen our presence in key SMB markets globally

What We’re Looking For

  1. 12+ years of experience in sales leadership roles, with a focus on SMB or mid-market segments
  2. Proven ability to scale teams and drive significant revenue growth in fast-paced SaaS or B2B environments
  3. Deep understanding of SMB buying behavior and GTM strategies
  4. Strong leadership and people management skills with a track record of building successful teams
  5. Excellent analytical, strategic thinking, and communication skills
  6. Experience working with global teams and markets is a plus
