Assistant Manager Finance with Sprinto

Sprinto is hiring a Tax & Finance Compliance Lead with 4–9 years of experience to join their India-based remote team. Act as the single point of contact with tax consultants for direct, indirect, and withholding taxes. Oversee preparation and filing of tax returns and ensure timely tax payments. Own the compliance calendar and ensure adherence across all entities. Support tax planning initiatives and provide cross-border advisory on new transactions. Monitor global tax regulations and maintain audit-ready governance. Lead responses to tax audits and inquiries from regulators. Drive accurate month-end, quarter-end, and year-end close, reconciliations, and reporting. Ensure strong internal controls, compliance with standards, and risk mitigation. Coordinate statutory and group audits with external auditors. Collaborate with finance, legal, and operations teams to provide financial insights for decision-making.
