About the role

Springworks is seeking a RevOps Engineer with hands-on AI experience to join our fast-growing HR tech ecosystem. You'll play a critical role in building and maintaining the operational infrastructure that powers our go-to-market (GTM) strategy—while integrating smart, AI-powered solutions that scale revenue efficiency across Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success. Key Responsibilities Design, build, and maintain integrations across tools like Salesforce, HubSpot, Outreach, and Clearbit. Implement solutions to improve lead scoring, pipeline forecasting, and GTM insights. Automate workflows to reduce manual operations and increase alignment across GTM functions. Create and maintain dashboards, reports, and visualizations to support data-driven decision making. Ensure data hygiene, normalization, and synchronization across systems and teams. Collaborate cross-functionally with Sales, Marketing, Product, and Analytics teams. Requirements 2+ years of experience in Revenue Operations roles. Hands-on experience with tools like Salesforce, HubSpot, Zoho, and marketing automation platforms. Experience with AI tools. Strong SQL, data modeling, and API integration skills. Excellent communication and collaboration skills in cross-functional teams. Nice to Have Experience with product-led growth (PLG) GTM models. Familiarity with BI tools like Looker, Tableau, or Power BI. Comfort working in fast-paced, asynchronous, remote teams.
