About the role

We are looking for a results-driven B2B Performance Marketer to own our Paid Media initiatives at Springworks. You'll run acquisition campaigns for our in-house products, events, and our community. You'll be playing a vital role across all major initiatives at Springworks. You'll need to have a strong background in SaaS performance marketing, a deep understanding of customer acquisition strategies, and the ability to execute high-impact campaigns across multiple channels. Most importantly, you'll need to stay updated with the latest trends in digital marketing, especially following the advent of AI. Responsibilities Strategic Campaign Management: Develop and execute high-performing paid media campaigns across platforms like Google, LinkedIn, Meta, Bing, YouTube, and non-conventional channels like Reddit and Quora for experimentation. Leverage audience insights, competitive research, and market trends to craft data-backed targeting strategies that maximize conversion rates. Set clear expectations and goals for each campaign with respect to the Ad platform and ensure stakeholders are informed and aligned. Data-Driven Optimization: Continuously monitor, analyze, and refine campaign performance based on key metrics to maximize ROI. Tie marketing efforts directly to pipeline and revenue, going beyond lead generation. Performance Tracking & Reporting: Monitor and optimize CAC (Customer Acquisition Cost), ROAS (Return on Ad Spend), and CPL (Cost Per Lead). Create Excel dashboards to represent key pipeline metrics in alignment with Zoho CRM. A/B Testing, Automation & Experimentation: Implement testing frameworks to optimize landing pages, ad creatives, targeting strategies, and conversion rates. Set up automation workflows using tools like Zapier and n8n to reduce manual workload and ensure data flow across marketing systems. Budget Management: Plan, allocate, and oversee marketing spend. Collaborate with stakeholders in marketing and finance to ensure cost effectiveness. Collaboration with Design, Content, Sales & MarkOps: Work across departments to ensure campaign efficiency. Align ad creatives with design and marketing goals. Coordinate with Sales to meet pipeline metrics, with Content teams for demand-gen campaigns, and with Marketing Operations to manage infrastructure.
