Resident Services Coordinator

The Moorings at Lewes is seeking a Resident Services Coordinator to join our team!

The Moorings at Lewes is a Springpoint Senior Living Community located in Lewes, DE. We are seeking an experienced Resident Services Coordinator to join our team. At Springpoint, the RSC is responsible for developing, running and promoting a variety of activities which provide opportunities for socialization across religious, ethnic, and intergenerational backgrounds of the residents, families, and the community.

Responsibilities:

• Facilitate and encourage family involvement with residents.
• Participate and promote interactive problem-solving with staff.
• Develop, implement, and coordinate resident centered activities programs, including spanning the 7 dimensions of wellness..
• Coordinate volunteer programs with residents and community.
• Promote positive public relations through contacting media about special events.

Education and Experience:

• High School Diploma or equivalent. 
• Prior experience in social work, working with the senior citizens and/or disabled.

Full-Time, can include evenings and weekends as needed.
