About the role

We are looking for a responsible Operations Specialist to manage and run background verification checks. The ideal candidate should have a bachelor's degree and a keen eye for detail. Past experience in working with Background Verification companies will be an added advantage! The person in this role will be responsible for: Preparing and sorting documents for data entry. Entering data into database software and checking to ensure the accuracy of the data that has been inputted. Resolving discrepancies in the information and obtaining further information for incomplete documents. Responding to information requests from authorized members. Creating data backups. Write background verification reports.
