• Serve as a single point of contact for anything Dynatrace, APM or Observability.
• Design, Develop and implement prescriptive value realizations journeys for customers using Dynatrace Observability platform.
• Server as a subject matter expert on Dynatrace techniques, technology, and best practices.
• Partner with VA's multi-functional and technology (platform) teams to improve product offerings and service delivery.
• Engage with internal VA customers to understand their needs and continuously improve offerings.
