Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Spray Dryer Operator, located in Bharuch. The Spray Dryer Operator will oversee the operation and maintenance of spray drying equipment, ensuring production runs efficiently and meets quality standards. The role involves monitoring operating parameters, conducting maintenance and troubleshooting, adhering to safety guidelines, and ensuring product consistency. The operator will also collaborate closely with the production team to meet client specifications and deadlines. Basic idea of GMP is necessary.
Qualifications
- Experience in operating and maintaining spray drying machinery
- Understanding of microencapsulation techniques and critical product handling
- Proficiency in monitoring production parameters and ensuring product quality compliance
- Ability to identify and troubleshoot mechanical or operational issues
- Knowledge of safety protocols in industrial production environments
- Detail-oriented, with excellent organizational and problem-solving skills
Technical diploma or degree in Chemical Engineering, Process Engineering, or a related discipline
