About the role
As an Associate Manager, Creative Operations, you will be responsible for driving creative operational excellence and efficiency to support Spotify's advertising business. You will partner closely with the creative leadership team to develop and implement workflows, processes and systems to enable the creative team to focus on their core work. This role requires a highly organized, proactive and detail-oriented individual who can juggle multiple priorities and work cross-functionally to solve problems and drive results. You'll need to have a strong understanding of creative agency workflows and be able to collaborate effectively with both the creative and account teams. Responsibilities:
- Develop and own creative operational processes, including intake, briefing, tracking, review and delivery of creative assets
- Implement and manage creative production tools and systems (e.g. project management, creative review, and file sharing tools)
- Analyze and report on creative operations metrics to drive continuous improvement
- Coordinate and lead cross-functional meetings and workshops with creative, account management, and other teams
- Provide training and best practices to the creative team on operational processes and tools
- Support the execution of special projects and initiatives as needed
