About the role:
You will own and transform the IT function at SI. This is not a maintenance role, it is a build-from-scratch

● Software deployment and desktop support
Office Infrastructure
● Office network design, monitoring, and troubleshooting (single Mumbai site)
● Firewall management and access policies
● ISP and hardware vendor management
Cloud (AWS) Administration
● Root account ownership and security
● Sub-account creation and organizational structure
● Billing monitoring, cost allocation, and reporting
● Coordination with engineering teams on account-level requests (not DevOps — engineering owns CI/CD

Software & License Management
● Centralized administration of all SaaS subscriptions (Google Workspace, Slack, Figma, Adobe, Jira, etc.)
● License compliance, utilization tracking, and cost optimization
● Vendor contract negotiation and renewal management
IT Governance
● Build and maintain a Configuration Management Database (CMDB)
● Define and publish an IT service catalog with SLAs
