About the Role
We are looking for a creative and detail-oriented Sportswear & Teamwear Designer to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will have at least 2 years of experience in the sportswear or teamwear industry and be confident in managing design projects in fast-paced production environments.
You will work closely with sales teams, manufacturers, customers, and production departments to create high-quality sportswear designs, branding assets, and presentation materials.
We are particularly interested in candidates who understand workflow environments similar to brands and suppliers such as Macron, Kitlocker, and KitKing, where speed, branding consistency, and custom teamwear production are essential.
Key Responsibilities
- Create and develop sportswear and teamwear designs using CorelDRAW and Adobe Creative Suite
- Design logos, garment artwork, mockups, and branding assets
- Prepare production-ready artwork files and specifications
- Work closely with sales and account management teams to develop customer concepts and presentations
- Coordinate internally with production teams and manufacturers to ensure artwork accuracy and production readiness
- Create presentation materials and marketing creatives when required
- Maintain organised design templates, artwork libraries, and production files
- Ensure brand consistency across garments and promotional materials
- Manage multiple design projects within fast-paced teamwear workflows
- Create social media creatives, promotional graphics, and campaign artwork aligned with the brand’s visual identity
- Adapt sportswear and teamwear designs into digital marketing and social media assets when required
Requirements
- Minimum 2 years of experience using CorelDRAW and Adobe Creative Suite
- Previous experience within the sportswear and/or teamwear industry
- Strong understanding of garment branding, embellishment, sublimation, embroidery, and print processes
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft 365, Google Workspace, spreadsheets, and email management systems.
- Experience working within fast-paced custom teamwear environments
- Strong creative and technical design skills
- Excellent organisational and communication skills
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively with internal teams
- Strong attention to detail and time management
Desirable Skills
- Experience handling teamwear orders and club branding requirements
- Experience creating customer-facing presentations and sales materials
- Understanding of sportswear production workflows and supplier coordination
