Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Venue Manager - Sports based in New Delhi and Chennai. The Venue Manager will oversee the day-to-day operations of the sports facility, coordinate events, manage budgets, and ensure excellent customer service. Responsibilities include organizing training sessions, maintaining the facility, engaging with customers, managing venue staff, and achieving sales targets through effective client interactions. The individual will play a critical role in fostering a positive experience for all users of the venue.
Qualifications
- Strong Communication and Customer Service skills, including the ability to interact effectively with clients and stakeholders
- Experience in Training and managing team members to ensure operational efficiency
- Proficiency in Budgeting and managing expenses
- Proven Sales skills with the ability to meet and exceed targets
- Leadership and organizational skills to manage the overall operations of the venue
- Passion for sports and fitness management, with a background in sports or related fields as an added advantage
- Bachelor’s degree in Sports Management, Business Administration, or a related discipline preferred
