Salary Range: ₹22,000 – ₹28,000 per month (based on experience)

Henshin Eduserv Pvt. Ltd., through its Shazam Sports Program, is hiring an Early Years Sports Teacher to deliver structured sports education in one of our partner schools in South Delhi.

We are looking for a passionate sports educator who enjoys working with young children (ages 3–8 years) and can create an engaging, safe and structured environment that encourages movement, coordination and confidence.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct structured sports sessions for Pre-Primary and Primary (ages 3–8 years).
• Implement a well-defined sports teaching pathway designed for early childhood development.
• Manage groups of young learners with confidence, compassion and discipline.
• Plan creative and innovative sports activities that improve coordination, balance and physical literacy.
• Maintain strong communication and collaboration with school staff.
• Demonstrate ownership, reliability and professionalism in daily sessions.

Requirements

• B.P.Ed (completed) – mandatory
• Minimum 1+ years experience handling children aged 2.5 years and above
• Strong English communication skills
• Passion for sports education, child development and teaching
• Ability to manage young children with patience, empathy and leadership
