Grand Slam Fitness is looking for a driven Sports Science Associate to grow our sports science equipment business across India.
About the Role
You will be the face of GSF's sports science equipment portfolio — promoting and selling to sports academies, fitness centres, universities, hospitals, and corporate wellness organisations. This is a field-based, individual contributor role where you own the full sales cycle: from finding the lead to closing the deal.
What You'll Do
🔹 Identify and approach new clients — Calls, LinkedIn, networking, referrals
🔹 Generate and close your own meetings without relying on leads handed to you
🔹 Conduct technical product demonstrations and presentations to coaches, trainers, and procurement teams
🔹 Build long-term relationships with key decision-makers across sports and fitness institutions
🔹 Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets — consistently
🔹 Maintain CRM records and submit weekly activity reports
What We're Looking For
✅ Degree in Sports Science, Physical Education, Kinesiology, or Exercise Physiology
✅ 2 years of B2B sales experience (sports equipment, fitness tech, or medical devices preferred)
✅ Strong technical understanding of sports science equipment (force plates, timing gates, body composition, S&C tools, recovery equipment, etc.)
✅ Proven track record of independently generating meetings and closing sales
✅ Self-motivated, target-driven, and comfortable working in the field
✅ Willingness to travel for client visits
