🚨 We’re Hiring | Sports Science Associate – Grand Slam Fitness (GSF)
Grand Slam Fitness is looking for a passionate and driven Sports Science Associate to expand our Sports Science & Performance Technology business across India.
This is an exciting opportunity for someone who understands both sports science and consultative sales, and wants to work with some of the leading sports academies, performance centres, universities, hospitals, and elite fitness organisations in the country.
🔹 Role Overview
You will represent GSF’s premium sports science and performance technology portfolio, driving business development and client engagement across India. This is a field-based role where you will independently manage the complete sales cycle — from lead generation to deal closure.
🔹 Key Responsibilities
• Identify and develop new business opportunities through networking, outreach, referrals, LinkedIn, and direct engagement
• Generate and schedule client meetings independently
• Conduct technical demonstrations and presentations for coaches, sports scientists, physiotherapists, S&C coaches, and procurement teams
• Build long-term relationships with key stakeholders in sports, healthcare, education, and fitness sectors
• Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets consistently
• Maintain CRM updates, pipeline management, and activity reporting
🔹 Preferred Candidate Profile
✅ Degree in Sports Science, Exercise Physiology, Kinesiology, Physical Education, or related field
✅ Experience in B2B sales preferred (sports equipment, fitness technology, medical devices, rehabilitation, or performance solutions)
✅ Strong understanding of sports science technologies, including force plates, timing systems, body composition, recovery systems, motion analysis, S&C tools, etc.
✅ Strong communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills
✅ Self-driven, target-oriented, and comfortable with field sales
✅ Willingness to travel across India for client meetings and demonstrations
