Hiring: Sports Psychologist (On-Site)
TruHap Human Excellence Center is looking for a passionate and motivated Sports Psychologist to collaborate with us in providing psychological support services to various sports academies and athletes.
This role involves working directly with athletes, coaches, and sports institutions to enhance mental strength, performance, emotional well-being, and overall athlete development.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct one-on-one sessions with athletes
- Support performance enhancement and mental conditioning
- Help athletes manage stress, anxiety, pressure, and burnout
- Work on focus, confidence, motivation, and emotional regulation
- Assist athletes in coping with injuries and recovery-related challenges
- Conduct workshops and group sessions for teams and academies
- Collaborate with coaches and management regarding athlete well-being
- Promote healthy communication and team dynamics
- Develop practical psychological strategies for sports performance
Requirements
- Master’s degree in Psychology / Sports Psychology or related field
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Interest or experience in working with athletes and sports environments
- Ability to conduct on-site sessions and workshops
- Empathetic, professional, and adaptable approach
