Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role in Indore for a Sports Operations Intern. The intern will support day-to-day sports operations, assist in organizing tournaments, coordinate player and team activities, and engage with local cricket communities. Responsibilities include liaising with players and teams, managing logistics, and ensuring smooth execution of events. The role will also involve assisting in sales initiatives related to platform usage and services provided by CrickBro.
Qualifications
- Understanding of sports dynamics and a strong interest in cricket or other sports.
- Skills in Sports Coaching, Coaching, and Football are valuable for this role.
- Excellent Communication and interpersonal skills to engage with players, teams, and organizers effectively.
- Familiarity with sales strategies and an aptitude for contributing to service promotion is a plus.
- Proficiency in time management and organizational skills.
- A bachelor's degree in Sports Management, Physical Education, or a related field is desirable but not mandatory.
- Passion for grassroots and community sports development.
